Bio – Judge Jim Tamm  Short version   Fast Company Magazine described Judge Jim Tamm as an “Ace Relationship Builder”.   For most of his career Jim was a Senior Administrative Law Judge for the State of California with jurisdiction over workplace disputes. After retiring as a judge, he served on the faculties of:
  • International Management Program of the Stockholm School of Economics,
  • Leadership Academy of the University of California
  • Harvard University Talent Development Program,
  His book, Radical Collaboration, has been on Amazon’s top seller lists for workplace, organizational psychology, and negotiations books for most of the past 16 years.  The 2nd edition was published in January 2020.   Jim is President of RC Group, with certified Radical Collaboration trainers in almost 30 countries.  He specializes in building cultures of collaboration within organizations.
